Competitions: dog exposition in short
The dog exposition is just the meeting point between the dog-lover public and the sector experts: referees, breeders, race clubs.
Every race is singularly presented.
Subjects of the same race are divided first of all on the gender base, and every gender is then divided in classes in this way:
- BABY (from 3 to 6 months)
- JUNIORES (from 6 to 9 months)
- YOUNG (from 9 to 18 months)
In these first three classes CAC is not awarded. Usually the first two classes are presented at race meetings.
|FREE||(from 15 months) CAC is awarded, and also the CACIB in the International expositions|
|CHAMPIONS||Formerly declared champions must concurr in this class.|
|COUPLE||In this class can cancurr two subjects that belong to the same owner, or to the same breeder. Subjects concurr singularly to the exposition|
|GROUP||Same concept as for COUPLE, but the subject must be at least three|
In every class the referee gives a qualification to every dog, choosing the first four subject for every class between the partecipants and ranking them.
- EXCELLENT : typical dog, very close to the standard one
- VERY GOOD : great quality dog with some minor fault
- GOOD : subject with faults but with race characteristics
- QUITE GOOD: dog quite typical but with no quality.
